Founded in 2012, we are a boutique residential development operation located in Malvern specialising in high end architectural projects.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Neil Sargeant, MD and founder of City and Country Group best describes himself as a “Residential Development Entrepreneur”
Tertiary qualified with many years experience as a registered builder (DB-U 26787) his combined knowledge and communication skills lead to positive outcomes.
Although actively engaged in his own projects he enjoys the process of guiding clients through the multitude of options and potential risks they may be facing.
With an eye for design and practicality he knows how to best optimise a site and utilise resources efficiently.
He is also a group director of C&Cs UK based operation specialising in large scale historic developments www.cityandcountry.co.uk
